Return Eligibility
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
Product must be damaged at the time of delivery Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery Mandatory unboxing / opening video is required
Without an unboxing video, no return or refund request will be accepted under any circumstances.
Unboxing Video Requirement (Mandatory)
To be eligible for a return:

The customer must record a clear, continuous unboxing video

Video must start before opening the package

Product damage must be clearly visible in the video

Video should not be edited, paused, or cut
Returns without proper unboxing video will be strictly rejected
Non-Returnable Products
The following items are NOT eligible for return or refund:

Color, size, or design preference issues

Slight variations in color or finish (due to lighting or screen differences)

Used, worn, or tampered products
